UK Shipping Updated March 2021
We offer an option of standard 3-5 working days delivery via Evri across the UK. We send some small items with Royal Mail on a 24 hour service although currently this is taking Royal Mail slightly longer in some postcodes.
For customers in Mainland UK we offer an optional upgrade to a Hermes ‘Next Day’ service and for customers in Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands there is an option to upgrade to a Parcelforce faster delivery service. However at present we are finding that the couriers are a little slower. Please read more about the Hermes Next Day Service below.
Time frames And Next Day Delivery Information
Orders are usually shipped the day they are received, however if the order is placed after 9.30am in the morning it is likely the courier will have already collected for that day – based on the times we know Hermes collect locally so the parcel will leave for you the next day. We are a small business but as our reviews show we work round the clock to get orders out and received as fast as possible.
Hermes do not collect on a Sunday. We are always striving to find faster services and if we get a Next Day order we will source the fastest option but we are seeing the same delays across all couriers. Please be rest assured we will get your order out as fast as possible and with the fastest courier option.
If you have a particular courier that struggles to deliver to your postcode do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can use a different courier.
LuxeEquine can not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays caused by the postal service / courier. Two attempts to deliver will be made after which the parcel will be returned to us and further shipping costs will apply for re-delivery.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
If we are out of stock of any item we will offer you the chance to have that item when it is back in stock and if we are needing to send separately we will ask you to cover the courier costs. We have to do this to allow us to continue to offer our exceptional prices.
Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order and the courier used. Please email / call for any queries regarding international services as all countries may not be available on the website yet but we can accommodate posting to most countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges generated.
Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.
Brexit Information Additional Shipping Information for post Brexit
International non EU
International orders outside of the EU are not affected by any of the Brexit changes. However due to price hikes if your order is a saddlepad it may need to be folded in half due to astronomical costs if it was sent flat.
If you are ordering something small (bridle discs for example) please email so we can see if we are able to source cheaper postage.
We are always looking for international partners. Please ask your local / favourite saddlery to stock Luxeequine as then you could order locally and save on delivery.
We are also using a 3-5 day service for international but again due to Brexit in some instances it can be slower hence giving a longer lead time on site just to cover any eventuality.
European Union Territories
From the date we left the EU tax and duty charges were put in place meaning before your order can be released the courier will contact you. Tax and Duty is charged based on order value the minimum you may have to pay tax on varies from country to country so it is recommended to check this with your local tax office / online prior to purchasing.
As shipping costs have increased considerably and to avoid further costs to our customers saddlepads may on occasion have to be folded in half to be posted but should spring back to shape when unpacked.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the order being delivered. We aim to give the highest level of customer care and will always aim to exchange should you want an exchange.
Please check your items as soon as possible, if you order arrived more than 14 days ago, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for unsuitable items.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received initially. Items must also be in their original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged/used can not be returned or refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and should consider using a tracked and signed for service. We suggest using Parcel 2 Go on the Hermes insured service.
Once your item is returned to us and found to be in good order we will process your refund back to the original method of payment. Please note refund processing times can vary depending on the initial method of payment and payment providers.
Your refund will be for the full amount of the product minus the initial shipping cost.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non returnable clearance items and this will be noted in the description.
